The wallpaper we produce is made specifically for you from the size information you have provided and the image choice you have selected.
Your bespoke order is produced using FSC certified wallpaper, digitally printed on a high-end wide format printing machine with latex inks that are PVC free and odourless.
It is our goal to ensure that the product you receive is of the highest quality and that you are 100% satisfied with the result.
We carefully check all products before packing and despatching them to you, but should your order be damaged in transit or is incorrect on arrival, you can return these products to us and receive a replacement free of charge.
Please ensure you check the product upon receipt and before installation to a wall surface.
Unfortunately, we cannot replace products that may have been damaged during installation. We recommend you carefully follow our installation guide supplied with your order.
Our products come with a one-year warranty that covers the paper condition and image quality.
If your order has arrived damaged or does not match the order you placed on-line, you have the right to return and to receive a full refund or the right to request a replacement, free of charge.

Please ensure you quote the unique order number shown on the delivery note and detail why you wish to return the product and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
If your delivery has been damaged, please provide photographic evidence of this on your email clearly showing the packaging.
Once the team have confirmed the order qualifies for refund or replacement, you will be asked to return the original order and packaging to us within 14 days of receipt.
Any refunds will be made by way of a credit to the same payment card used for the original purchase.
We are unable to make refunds for incorrectly measured walls and cannot accept responsibility for defective installation nor any consequential loss thereof.
